CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same‑day cancellations will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. • Repeated cancellations may result in loss of package privileges. Scheduling & Attendance - Clients must arrive on time to ensure the full session can be completed. - Late arrivals of 10+ minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the studio’s discretion. - A $25 no‑show fee applies to missed appointments without notice. Deposit Policy • A $25 non‑refundable deposit is required for single sessions. • A $100 non‑refundable deposit is required for package purchases. • Deposits go toward the total balance of the service or package.
